NOTE: daily maintenance service has no maximum slots and can be availed anytime. (pilot may decline if they are currently unable to work.)
PAYMENT FIRST before the piloting starts. (at least a 50% down-payment is required) Any services may also be availed during the duration of piloting. NO REFUNDS once piloting has started.
Accepted payment methods are GCASH, PAYMAYA, PAYPAL, and CODASHOP (I also accept payment in other game currencies aside from Genesis)
Pilot is mostly active in DMs from 12PM-11PM (6PM-11PM during school days). Any non-maintenance orders after 11PM will be started the following day or whenever pilot is available to.
Main communication platforms will be through Discord or Twitter (open to other suggestions).
It is highly recommended that the client's login details are changed to a temporary one for the duration of the piloting service to ensure safety and security of the account.
In the event of uncertainty, I can offer to stream my login process through Discord.
Client must consent to having 2-3 devices registered to their account (my pc, my tablet, and/or my phone). My main device for piloting is my pc so in the event that I am unable to access it for long periods of time, it would be beneficial for us both to have your account on my tablet and/or phone in order for me to be able to work on your commission anywhere and anytime.
36 stars for Abyss levels 9-12 are not guaranteed and will depend entirely on your character builds/built supports. (but I will still try my best ofc)
For major events, at least 5-7 days left (subject to change) before the event ends is required in order to assure a full event completion. For minor events, at least 2 days left is required.
